Models above the base Tradesman trim now get an optional 12-inch digital gauge cluster, along with a central touchscreen that alerts drivers when an emergency vehicle is approaching (great for those of us who are damaging our hearing with our car stereos).The Ram 1500 Rebel gains Ram’s Selec-Speed Control — an off-road cruise control usable in low-speed trail crawling.

Limited Elite Edition

A new Limited Elite edition takes the place of last year’s Anniversary Edition with most of the same equipment. It includes practical bed upgrades like a multifunction tailgate, retracting bed step, bed extender, and cargo divider. In the cabin, it adds a heated steering wheel, heated-and-ventilated front seats, leather upholstery, and bright aluminum pedals.
