Bob, the Vally Bend Native, has been in this industry for 51 years. Before coming to Elkins CDRJ, Bob and his father owned Scott's Auto Sales in Valley Bend. Bob is married to Jaynie, they have 3 children, and 2 grandchildren. He loves spending time with his grandsons as well as spending time at camp!
Dave Shepard

Dave has been at the dealership for 6 years. He enjoys working here because of the environment and fun that we have!! In his off time he enjoys skiing (really fast), kayaking and coaching basketball. His favorite movie is The Big Chill and he likes watching Seinfeld. "Carpe-Diem!"

Kim's been working in the car business for 21+ years. Her favorite part about working at Elkins Auto is the no drama, straight to the point attitude! She feels like her co-workers are very caring and the management is very honest and loyal. Kim enjoys the DIY network and HGTV. She also loves antique shows like American Pickers. Kaye has been working in the car business for 23+ years, she loves the family atmosphere and the people she interacts with at Elkins Auto. Kaye really enjoys "the classics." Two of her favorites include Forrest Gump and Shaw Shank Redemption. However, when the weather is nice, you'll find her and her husband Rob, working on their yard, in the garden or on the house. When she's not working she's working! "Sometimes happiness is a feeling and sometimes it's a decision, choose to be happy!"

Randy has been in the business for 32 years! Needless to say, Randy is very knowledgeable about all your Parts/Service needs. Randy enjoys spending time with his wife Donnett on his days off!
Kevin Shiflett

Kevin, the Elkins Native, has been working at Elkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for about 4 and a half years. He is our Lead Service Adviser at the CDJR store! Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing and most outdoor activities! He also enjoys going to softball games with his wife Chandra, to watch their daughter play. They also have lots of basketball and baseball games to attend to watch their son play!

Hughie recently retired from the WVDOT! He loves the outdoors. On his day off you'll find him hunting/fishing, hiking, spending time with family or riding his motorcycle! His favorite movie is Gone with the Wind and he enjoys listening to Lonesome Dave. He said he has really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

Dan has been with Elkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for 5 out of the 23 years of being a Technician! He is a Level 3 Tech and constantly looking for ways to improve. Dan was born in Aurora, WV. He got married to his wife, Dusty, about 11 years ago and together they have 3 children! He enjoys spending time with them on his off days as well as ATV riding, hunting, fishing, and camping.
James Clatterbuck

James has been working at Elkins CDJR for 7 years! He graduated from the Universal Technical Institute and had dedicated his time at Elkins Auto ever since! James is a Level 2 Technician working on his certification for Level 3! Wahoo! James was born in Baltimore but raised in Harman, WV! He enjoys spending time with his friends and most importantly his animals.

Brian is our Parts Manager at Elkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and has been with us for 8 years. Brian is a born and raised Elkins Native! He's been married to Natasha for 11 years and they have 5 fun kids together. Brian and Natasha are active in the Foster Care System. In Brian's spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities-- like hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.

Ashley has been in the accounting world for 26+ years. She joined the Elkins Auto team 6 years ago and before that Ashley worked at Scott's Auto Sales. Ashley was born and raised in Franklin, WV and has been married to Jim for 22 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets. Ashley also owns a flower shop. She loves to read and garden. Ashley is the bright and cheery voice of the office. You'll be able to tell who she is immediately!
